Education
Mr. Noeske
graduated in 1972 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from
Wayne State University where he was a member of the
Liberal Arts Honors College. He graduated from Wayne
State University Law School in December 1975.
Professional Experience
Prior
to his current position, Mr. Noeske was managing
attorney and senior trial lawyer at Noeske, Kahn and
Associates, P.C., in Troy, Michigan. Mr. Noeske has
experience in many areas of law including workers'
compensation, insurance and contract, employment, ERISA,
wrongful death, nursing home malpractice, premises
liability, construction, general negligence and property
litigation.
An
experienced lecturer, he has conducted seminars and
training sessions on various aspects of law and
practice, including
Treating the Injured Employee, Disabled or
Disenchanted?; The American with Disabilities Act; State
of the Law: The New Workers'
Compensation Act; Year 2000 Litigation and SEC
Disclosure; Premises Liability in Michigan; Defending
the Fraudulent Workers'

Affiliations
Mr.
Noeske is admitted to the United States District Court,
Eastern District of Michigan, and the State Bar of
Michigan. He is a member of the Negligence, Workers'
Compensation, and Aviation Sections of the State Bar of
Michigan. He has been a member of the Detroit Bar
Association, the Oakland County Bar Association,
Association of Defense Trial Counsel, the Michigan
Defense Trial Counsel Association, Inc., the American
Corporate Counsel Associations, the Michigan
Self-Insurers'
Association (MSIA), and the Defense Research Institute.
Mr. Noeske has served as a neutral Arbitrator in general
negligence litigation, as well as a defense mediator in
Wayne County Circuit Court. Mr. Noeske enjoys a
Martindale Hubbell rating of AV, for very high to
preeminent, the highest ranking given.
