Education

Mr. McComb attended Michigan State University and received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 1978.  He pursued his legal education at Thomas M. Cooley Law School and received his JD in 1981.

Professional Experience

For over twenty years, Mr. McComb has specialized in handling matters of workers' compensation defense.  He has tried cases in most of the Bureau locations in lower Michigan and has experience in representing a variety of employers.  Mr. McComb has conducted seminars for insurance claims adjusters and employers on numerous topics concerning defense of workers' compensation claims.

Mr. McComb is a member of the Workers' Compensation Section and Negligence Section of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, and the Michigan Self-Insurers' Association (MSIA).
