Dwight D. Labadie

Bingham Farms, Michigan

Mr. Labadie is a partner and joined Conklin Benham, P.C., as a trial attorney in 1989, following a successful career as a partner in a seventy-attorney law firm.

Education

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Kalamazoo College in 1963, Mr. Labadie received his legal education at Wayne State University, graduating cum laude.

Professional Experience

While attending law school, Mr. Labadie worked as a Claims Representative for Aetna Casualty and then, Chrysler Corporation.  Since joining Conklin Benham in 1989, he has focused exclusively in matters of workers' compensation defense for a variety of clients.  He has served as Counsel to the Detroit Workers' Compensation Council (an organization of claims managers and adjusters), and has lectured on workers' compensation matters on several occasions.
