T.F. Felker, Jr.

Mr. Felker is a partner in the law firm of Conklin Benham, P.C.  He joined the firm as a partner in April of 2007.  He has specialized in workers’ compensation and insurance defense for 35 years.

Education

Mr. Felker graduated in 1972 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Eastern Michigan University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.  He graduated from Wayne State University Law School in May 1975.

Professional Experience

Prior to his current position, Mr. Felker was a senior partner at the law firm of Lacey & Jones in Birmingham, Michigan, and prior to that he was a senior partner in the law firm of Sinn, Day, Felker. 

Mr. Felker has experience in many areas of law including general liability, workers’ compensation, and employment law.

Mr. Felker has lectured on a number of topics and presented seminars and training sessions in the area of workers’ compensation, including Defense Strategies of Spinal Claims, Sobotka and Partial Disability, Work Avoidance under Haske, Disability under Sington, and Litigating Damages Through Offers of Favored Work, et al.
